this is one Crazy person. Last year I hit a homeless person when I was riding home from work on my bike. They pulled this same kinda stuff screaming and freaking out until she figured out she lost her CELLPHONE then she can suddenly walk. I was lucky a nice policeman stopped and told her she was in the wrong for walking into traffic.
